At 14, Rowaida Hormiz moved from Syria to the U.S., aiming for a brighter future. Her determination saw her through high school and into a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, becoming a CPA in 2012. With her background in financial and tax accounting,
Rowaida founded Care with Compassion Home Care Services, inspired by her cultural values of treating the elderly and disabled with dignity and respect. For Rowaida, this venture is more than a business; it's a continuation of a tradition that values caring for the elderly at home as an act of gratitude and respect.
